I love yoga. I have been practicing Pangu Yoga for 5 years.

I learned Pangu Yoga from Anisha in Macao, 2017. The beautiful movements and significance impressed me from the beginning. Through practice and meditation, I found peace in my mind, which guides me to continue to cultivate myself to be a kind person.

About Anisha Desai Fraser

Anisha Desai Fraser is a thriving acupuncturist, qi gong energy healer and yoga teacher. She is passionate about offering healing to others through many avenues.

In 2004 she met world renowned Qi Gong Master Ou Wen Wei.  Through her dedication and bond with Master Ou, she completed Pangu Mystical Qi Gong Moving Form teacher training in 2005, Non-Moving Form teacher training in 2009, and traveled with Master Ou throughout the United States, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia and Macau.

In 2011, with deep love and experience of both Yoga and Qi Gong, Anisha approached Master Ou with an inspiration to combine the benefits of Yoga, Pangu Mystical Qi Gong, and the original Divine Intent of Yogic into a comprehensive practice.  Together she and Master Ou created what is now known as Pangu Yoga.  She has since authored a portion of a web-based alternative textbook for Yoga I and II classes for NC State University, and has produced her own Pangu Yoga instructional DVD.

Anisha was born in Melbourne, Australia to Indian parents and moved to Raleigh, NC at age 10. Since graduating from Appalachian State University in 2002, she felt a magnetic pull towards the Blue Ridge Mountains, finding her way back time and again to the place her soul feels at home.
